1. Noise: Please refrain from playing loud music or making excessive noise after 10 pm to be considerate of our neighbors.
2. Sand: As you return from the beach, use the tap located on the house's side to wash the sand off your feet before entering.
3. Towels: Kindly avoid using the house bath towels for the beach.
4. Electricity: Conserve energy by switching off lights, TV, and other appliances when not in use or before leaving the apartment.
5. BBQ: Enjoy the BBQ outdoors and ensure it's cleaned after use to maintain its condition. (Additional charges may apply for insufficient cleaning.)
6. Communal Laundry: The communal laundry is available for all Seascape guests. Please keep it tidy after each use and avoid leaving laundry in the machines for extended periods to accommodate others.
7. Weather Warning: Coastal storms can approach swiftly, so when leaving the property, make sure to close balcony doors and windows securely.
8. Check-In @ 2 PM / Check-Out @ 10 AM: We are pleased to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs when arranged in advance.
9. Cleaning: Leave the apartment in the same pristine condition you found it. Dispose of all rubbish in the designated outside bins before departure. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes, and ensure the fridge is clean and wiped out.
10. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property.
