"We have stayed at this property in the past and loved it - we previously had a 1 bedroom suite which was perfect for our family of 4 so we booked the same room for our recent trip. When we got to the room it was a regular room and not what we booked. I spoke with the man at the front desk and he said that the room we booked was messed up from the previous guests. "My stays at Home2 Suites seem to be hit or miss. The suite itself was nicely laid out for my family of five. I like that the hotel is pet friendly so we can bring our dog. Our room wasn’t the cleanest and my dog ate something off the floor before I could snatch it from her. We never had warm water in the shower the entire stay.
