Wedge Neighborhood Trip

Property was as listed. Remodeled and clean. The AC units were great as it was pretty warm weather during our stay. It was quiet, bed was comfortable, Kitchen was nice, Living area was comfortable. Loved the walkability of the neighborhood. Plenty of good restaurants, coffee shops and groceries near by. We would certainly choose this unit for a future stay.

Place great. Vrbo not good

We loved the apartment and the manager went out of his way for us. You, VRBO, double booked the room. Did someone else have more points with you? It felt like bait (King bed, apt2) and then you switched. Can't reach you effectively. First and last time with VRBO.

Uptown adventures

The apartment was a perfect weekend getaway with my sister. I was visiting from Seattle and the location was perfect for attending the Lake of the Isles Loppet festival. We parked in the street and didn't need to use the Jeep until we left on Sunday.

Nice and comfortable

The location of this property is very convenient, and it was very quiet. The unit was clean and comfortable. There are a couple of things in the kitchen that is needed for those who cook - like a strainer or colander. Other than that, the kitchen was great, the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was fine and as the listing stated. We arrived at night and the porch light was not on so it was difficult to see the house number. Also there were no checkout instructions.

Perfect location

Ideal place to crash right in the heart of the city. Walkable and bikable with excellent transit access, so getting around is easy. We had a little miscommunication at check-in, but we were able to resolve that quickly, and the unit itself was clean and comfortable, with good AC and wifi to keep us going. :)

Dirty

First there was a parking problem. I had to park in the street, not in the back. He had his truck parked there. Next was the old mold smell about the house. We went upstairs to the apartment and the floor was dirty. My wife noticed everything was covered in dust. There was not dryer just a old spin wash machine. He did not informed us, that there was and street party in the next street. The bed linens were stained and dirty. The floor rugs were a tripping hazard, on the wood floor. The electric combo lock on the front door was hard operated. You to enter the numbers several times. Are last Vrbo before this one was excellent. This one will make us think before booking with Vrbo again.

A solid convenient place to stay

Unit clean and contained everything I needed including a little washing machine. Some light bulbs out but manager responded quickly to replace them as well as to provide iron and board when I asked. My main criticism is that the hallway carpets and moldings were dirty and the front porch furniture seemed dirty and worn out. Not a great first impression. The place is very close to restaurants, lakes, shops, and is very walkable.
