Welcome home! This Spacious & Cozy home near Hamline University (half way between Saint Paul and Minneapolis) has 4 Bedrooms, 2 living rooms, kitchen, private parking, and free laundry! Nestled in the heart of Saint Paul-close to the State Fair, Highways, some of our favorite restaurants, and just a 5 minute drive from downtown Saint Paul & the Xcel center! Great for Groups!

Perfect place for larger group
We had our family up to attend the Vikings game and this was the perfect place. Plenty of space in living room and kitchen. Lots of beds and sleeping space. Very clean! Will stay again!

Excellent VRBO for a big group!
Exactly as described. Loved the ease of cleanup. Very central location. There were 6 of us for a bachelorette party and we easily could have had 3-4 more girls comfortably. Did not have to contact the property manager at all during stay. On the day of, they did contact me to let me know the cleaners were running behind, but we had planned to make a stop before arriving and cleaners were done and out by the time we got there! Cleanliness, location, space, affordability. All 10/10. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious 2 level side by side unit
We thought it was a a whole house but ended up to be a 2 level side by side unit. The check in process was easy. We liked the clean and spacious place but didn't utilize all the rooms even though there were plenty of beds. However, the beds were not as comfortable and with the constant noise of the trains running at night time, made it hard to sleep. There were plenty of towels the two bathrooms and a large refrigerator which was a plus. But the WiFi did not work well and the TV shut on and off at times along with the Internet. When we contacted the host, Rachael, she responded only once back during our week stay that she would reset the Internet box but on other days, we didn't get any communication back. Then there was the rude next door neighbor who likes parking their car in the same shared driveway so we had to park our car on the off street parking instead. Lastly, we left our plant in the living room and we had requested to retrieve the plant back but the host refused to ask the new guests for it and it took 6 days for us to get it back because we had to wait until the other guests checked out of the unit first before we could it. Our family stay was okay but could've been better.

Weekend getaway
A weekend with lady friends and family.. the house is what it said it was. The one thing we found is that, if cooking there not much for utensils or measuring devices… had to improvise. Was respective to us needing a bit more time to leave, thank you for that… would stay again if in the area again
