This custom-built Arts and Crafts style Pratt lake home on 8 acres in the woods feels like a private retreat. Soak in the hot tub, grill on the deck, or enjoy the fire-pit all while taking in great lake views and enjoying the surrounding nature sounds. A beautiful home sitting only 100 feet from the lake in the heart of the metro, the location cannot be better, placing you just 25 minutes from the Twin Cities.

NOTE: THE LAKE HOME IS COMPLETELY CLEANED, LINENS ARE LAUNDERED AND ALL TOUCH SURFACES ARE DISINFECTED BETWEEN GUEST STAYS.

It is a spacious and beautifully designed and decorated, three-bedroom residence with more than 4,500 square feet of living space. Sitting on a gorgeous, landscaped yard, it allows you to savor all of the comforts of home. Guests enjoy WiFi, fiber optic internet, 3 car garage and additional guest parking.

The yard is a wonderful retreat - whether at the front or the back, you are surrounded by pleasant views. The same can be said of the interior which includes the three bedrooms, two private baths and a main floor half bath. There is a great room with a large living room offering a brick fireplace. Directly off the kitchen is a large furnished 3 season screen porch. The main floor includes the Primary Bedroom Suite with a King bed, huge walk-in closet and large bathroom with oversized soaking tub, walk-in shower and private toilet room. The upper level includes two bedrooms (one with a King bed and the other with a Queen bed), a full bath with two sinks and tub/shower combo. The upper level also has a loft area with a sectional and TV. The lower level has a second family room with views to the lake & backyard that includes theater seating, a banquette and a large screen projection tv. There is also an indoor hockey rink with synthetic ice for shooting pucks.

Located on Silver Lake in Stillwater Township. Silver Lake is a 90+ acre natural lake preserve. Enjoy canoeing, ice skating, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling. (Note: Swimming, water skiing, jet skiing, tubing, etc... are not recommended on this natural lake preserve.)

Conveniently located near the Gateway Trail….bring your bikes, rollerblades, or running shoes.

This Stillwater fully furnished home is a perfect choice for an extended business stay, but is also a wonderful option for a holiday or group gathering in what is easily one of the most appealing areas in the Twin Cities metro.

Awesome property with exceptional amenities. We spent a lot of time in the enclosed porch which was wonderful since it rained in the evening. We play cards so didn’t take advantage of the many TV areas. The movie room downstairs is unbelievable. The owner was very nice and responded quickly to any queries.

Loved it!
Came to the area to visit our oldest son. This was the perfect place for all of us to stay together and enjoy some family time! The house was spotless, has beautiful views, great amenities for family fun, and a well-equipped kitchen for family meals. Our dog was even welcomed with special treats left by the host! The location was private, yet only a 10 minute drive to Downtown Stillwater for restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Great spot!!!

From the minute we entered this house it felt like the comforts of home. We were in town for our son's wedding and it was the perfect setup and setting for a small gathering of family and friends to get together. Great stay for a relaxing bachelor party!
This property is amazing with plenty of amenities to keep you busy in between plans. Being only 15 minutes away from downtown Stillwater is also great! The property manager is great at responding to anything you might need! The only problem i had with the property was that the garages didnt open for us using the codes or the garage openers, though im sure that'll be fixed for the next guest!

The home worked great for our weekend family gathering. It's as good as it looks in photos, and more. Such a nice quiet location. Plenty of room for meals, games and conversation. We really enjoyed having the covered screened porch, especially. Loved the theater room and the hockey nets in the basement. Appreciated having the grill and hot tub, too. Thanks for your hospitality and the extra touches to make our stay memorable!

We totally enjoyed the home and area. Always something for everyone to enjoy. Made some great meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Theatre room was a great hangout. My favorite spot was screened in porch. Enjoyed all the outdoor activities including hot tub, fire pit and yard games. Everyone wanted to stay one more day!

Great place for family gathering
We loved our recent stay. The space is laid out well and there is plenty to do to keep everyone happy. We enjoyed seeing deer in the back yard. We had a wedding nearby and it was so nice to be close and have a spot for families with their littles be able to relax and regroup between events. The host was great, allowed us to check in early which was needed prior to grooms dinner. They even shipped a treasure we accidentally left behind. We enjoyed the hot tub, hockey rink, theater room. Everything worked well. So thankful for the hospitality.

Great weekend girls retreat
We had a wonderful time at the lake house! Everything about it was so comfortable and cozy. It felt like there was a new luxury around every corner. We enjoyed playing games at the large tables, made a delicious brunch in the huge kitchen (so helpful to have cutting boards, pots and pans, etc!) and made use of the hot tub! If there would be anything that could be improved on it would be a binder of directions (I was trying to not check email), and maybe include the name of a pizza place that would deliver (we couldn’t find one!) All in all, we had an amazing weekend and would definitely recommend this location!

Responsive & Helpful
In short, we had a little adversity during our stay that was totally out of control of the property (multiple block power outage on a Saturday). Given our schedule and multiple commitments during our stay this was very inconvenient. Owner/manager was responsive, detailed and fair (even thought this issue was outside of their control). There’s a lot of value to be able to stay where you can be confident you’re in good hands.

Everything you could want!
This properly was fantastic! Everything you could ever want or need was right there! The views are beautiful The Host was quickly accessible to ask any questions. Garage was useable but our pickup was too long to close the door if parked inside. Luckily MN winter cooperated, to park outside, for our short stay. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing that maybe would be helpful, would be some sort of manual or user tips that explained the workings of available technology and amenities throughout the house (ie-remotes, hot tub, checkout info). Thank you for some great Birthday celebration memories!!

This is an amazing house and I would give it more stars if I could!
We stayed for 6 nights and held our daughter’s wedding onsite. It was absolutely perfect. The house is very well appointed with everything we needed in the kitchen (including both a Keurig and coffee maker). The beds were very comfortable, there was so much extra space besides the bedrooms, and the hockey rink and corn hole game were added fun bonuses. We so enjoyed the outdoor space and screened in porch where we spent the majority of our time. Suzanne was extremely communicative and very flexible in allowing us to check in a bit early and check out a bit late. We also really enjoyed the treats that Suzanne left for us – everything we needed for s'mores, chips, and other snacks. We didn’t use the hot tub or fire pit, but they were ready for us nonetheless. We would return to this VRBO anytime and highly recommend it.

Beyond expectations
This place was amazing. Entertainment for everyone. Amenities galore, from a pizza oven to shampoo and conditioner. Nothing was over looked. The dog was treated as a special guest as well. A gravity fed water bowl with fresh water and a big bag of dog treats (for large dogs) for pur shepherd were also waiting for us. Communication was fast and any questions we had were answered. This is perfect for a multi-generation gathering, so much space. Room for 17 people to sit and eat so no one had to try to eat in the living room. The property is private and you can barely see the house next door. We will be back for our next family gathering for sure. Maybe next time in the summer.

Quiet refuge 30 minutes from St. Paul, our family (8 year-old, two parents, active dog) wanted a respite from the city: we absolutely found it. Situated on marsh-land directly next to a lake, our Oct. visit was ideal timing. The house itself was warm and still roomy. Plenty of gathering space and spots to look out at the lake and fall colors. We saw deer, turkey, egrets: probably would have seen more wildlife if our dog wasn't so protective. Spa-like Master suite, movie room, awesome target practice on the synthetic hockey rink. The hot tub was a lovely way to relax: my husband and our daughter loved it! Everything you would want for a relaxing getaway: be prepared you may not be able to take advantage of all the wonderful opportunities with even 3 nights! The property is not overlooked, so it felt like complete privacy. We brought bikes and had quiet streets to practice riding. Communication with the host was superb: very gracious and kind. Oh, and bring your camera! So many picturesque scenes.

Great host and property
Suzanne was a wonderful host and a delightful person. We've stayed at many, many vacation homes and she was the kindest and most accommodating of any we've worked with. In short, she was great. Our stay was for a wedding. It was perfect for the mother of the bride. The spacious master bath and huge master closet was just perfect for the occasion and clothes-changes. It was three adult sibling couples staying and the public areas (porch, deck, living areas) were perfect for gathering in the down times. Thanks for a great experience.

Indoor Hockey For The Win!
This house was so great! It is spacious with comfy beds and all the things you could want (extra blankets, extra pillows, all the kitchen utensils, etc). The kids were kept busy with the indoor practice hockey rink in the basement and had an absolute blast! The kids and parents enjoyed the theater room with the comfiest of lounge chairs. We will stay again if it is available the next time we are in town!
