■ Parties are not allowed and anyone who breaks this rule WILL be immediately evicted without a refund and subject to an additional $500 eviction fee. This includes playing loud or vulgar music on the deck, any drug use on the property, including marijuana with a medical ID (do it somewhere else). We care about our neighbors and our home, and this behavior is not allowed at this property.
■ All guests must be over the age of 25 unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
■ No indoor smoking, including the garage
■ Pets allowed (fee and approval are required)
■ Booking may require a selfie taken with a valid ID due to our contactless check-in process
■ Must observe QUIET HOURS 10 PM-7 AM
Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premise with no refund, and subject to an additional $500 eviction fee.

We have a fully stocked kitchen that includes stainless steel appliances, and a coffee bar. We supply dinnerware plus kid-friendly dinnerware, silverware, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, baking dishes, pizza pan, cookie sheet, toaster, blender, crock pot, air fryer, can opener, wine opener, measuring cups/spoons, flex brew coffee maker (including complimentary coffee, filters, and creamer).

A gas grill and propane tank are provided. Please feel free to use the remaining fuel in the propane tank. The tank can be exchanged (as needed) by guests for about $20 at any local hardware store. Host will not exchange the propane tank if empty.
