Reception and breakfast area were separate from the entrance to rooms, bullet proof glass around reception desk, reception desk chair falling apart, room had a bad smell, dirty chairs in room stained with something, bad paint job in room, bathroom door coming off judges so could not close the door

If you’re looking for an economic AND safe/clean/basic option in the Twin Cities area, this is the spot. Worth the extra minutes to get a really great night’s sleep. Perfect for what we needed. This motel is sorely in need of an update on the doors and hallways within the building. I felt like I was walking into 1985 as soon as I walked through the building. I understand the capital costs that this presents but it would go a long way for your longevity.

It was clean and there was hot water. That's all I was looking for. This is my third or fourth time staying at Regency in Anoka, MN this year and each stay has been just fine. I have no complaints.
