X-mas Family Gathering
The house offered multiple, spacious bedrooms and plenty of room for large groups. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, glassware, and 2 large stock pots for soups. The host was gracious to offer an early check-in which was much appreciated.

Lovely property in excellent location
We loved staying at this property with our group. It had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone and everything was as pictured and described. We also loved the location and quiet neighborhood and that we were able to park in the attached garage. The only issue would be that the bathroom on the main level didn’t lock.

Cancelled 5 hours before check in
Had this place booked two months in advance. Check-in was at 4pm, I received notice that my reservation was cancelled at 11am that day. I had fourteen people coming in from Florida, Texas, Illinois and Iowa whose flights had landed, and we had no where to go. No place big enough was available on short notice, some people left right away while others stayed on floors of other people’s houses. Trip was completely ruined, no explanation. Do not book this place unless you have an adequate backup plan. Terrible experience

Excellent stay, great communication
This place was perfect for our 4 families(8 adults, 8 kids ranging from 14 to newborn). We were able to manoeuvre around the without tripping over each other. Lots of sitting room. The cleanliness rating is not based on dirtiness but more based on things not put away nicely(pool filters, tools, charcoal bbq left with ashes in it) but living space was very clean.

Big house and pool!
While our stay overall was great we were disappointed about the cleanliness of the house. There is a cleaning fee of $250 included in the stay and that wasn't reflected. Host was wonderful. Great communication and he let us in early. Pool is super fun!
