Our rate is based on four people staying at the home. Any additional guests above the initial four will incur an extra fee per guest. We offer this "value-added service" to ensure you're only charged for the actual number of guests rather than a flat rate for the entire home. This rate structure is designed to provide savings and flexibility to our guests when the number of people changes or when smaller groups would like to stay with us. Should the number change after making a reservation, let us know, and we will adjust the rate accordingly. We are committed to being flexible and accommodating to changes, recognizing that plans can evolve.
* The minimum age to rent is 25. A signed Rental Agreement and a government photo ID are required for all reservations.
*Guest Private Use and Access: Guests have exclusive private use of the 1st floor of the home (4 bedrooms, two baths, and the backyard and deck overlooking Colby Lake). Our focus is your privacy while renting Colby Lake Place.
*Separate Private Suite: The home's lower level (basement) includes a separate private Suite and attached garage. There is no cross-traffic or shared living spaces; its separate entry ensures your complete privacy. Guests cannot access or use the lower-level Suite, patio, or attached garage. The owner reserves the right to access and use the separate private Suite anytime. We prioritize our Guests' privacy.
• A signed Rental Agreement and a government photo ID are required for all reservations.
• The booking guest, who must be at least 25 years old, is the Responsible Party and must be present throughout the reservation.
