Lake Nokomis Gem - Free WiFi and Close to MSP & Mall of America

Welcome to another Millennium Properties short term rental. We also have VRBO #689566, #978309, long term rentals and other short term rentals. The main floor has an open living area with television and large, gorgeous, fully-equipped kitchen. The eating area is located in the kitchen and accesses a large deck with grill to host your family BBQs. Check out the outdoor fire pit! Gather around an open fire and toast marshmallows for a true Minnesota experience.

All 4 bedrooms are private. The master bedroom is located through french doors from the kitchen. It hosts a separate setting area and full bathroom with jetted tub. The main floor guest room is large and comfortable and directly across the hall from the second full bathroom. The third guest room is located in 'the loft' which is bright and spacious and located in the upper level. The fourth guest room hosts 1 double bed & 2 twin beds and is located in the lowest level adjacent to the lower living area with a large television & sleeper sofa.

Excellent location to see the sights in both Minneapolis and St Paul! Home is warm and inviting! Great deck and backyard, complete with a fire pit for your s’mores fix. Comfortable beds, lots of towels, and perfect for a group of 10! Would definitely go back to this home in the future!!!

Perfect for our Party!
We loved staying at this property during our time in MN. We flew from all over the country and this well-kept home was in a delightful neighborhood just 10 minutes from the airport. We walked to restaurants, the Minnehaha Falls, Nokomis Lake, etc. We enjoyed the back deck and other amenities. Steve Wright was very communicative and we appreciated his recommendations for entertainment. Would definitely stay here again!

Ideal Location and Accommodations
We had a perfect trip to Minneapolis! This cozy home is located in a safe neighborhood and is just 8 minutes away from the Mall of America and 15 minutes from the Target Center. With 4 bedrooms, our group of 8 people had plenty of space and comfortable beds to sleep in. The home was clean, updated, and the kitchen was well-equipped for meal preparation. We enjoyed the lightning-fast WiFi and the dedicated upstairs/downstairs TV rooms. The property manager, Steve, was fantastic, and the communication throughout our stay was perfect. We had an incredible time and would happily return in the future! Rent without hesitation.

Great place. Lots of room. Great back yard and deck. 7 of us stayed in great comfort. Prepared some BBQ ribs and accoutrements in the well equipped kitchen. Plent of comfortable seating. Near the Mall of America and Minehaha Park. Steve was awesome and helped get soccer tickets.

Wonderful property!
We were in town to celebrate a UofM graduation, and this place was perfect. Plenty of room, well-stocked kitchen, and Steve was a wonderful host. We will stay here again for the next graduation! One minor complaint from most of the family - the beds weren't the most comfortable. But we still give it 5 stars.

Perfect for us!
We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend to visit family. The home is in excellent condition and is very clean. We especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the large, well stocked kitchen. Steve was great to work with and takes pride in ensuring that his guests are looked after. Our son and his wife stayed with us, and they enjoyed jogging around Lake Nokomis. We will definitely rent this home again.

Great Property Near the City
Our family of 4 and grandparents stayed for a week in July 2018 and had a great time at the house. We liked how close the house was to everything that Minneapolis has to offer. It was easy to take advantage of Lake Nokomis, Zoos, MoA, and the Light Rail. Steve was great to work with. We'd definitely consider this house again for future visits to Minneapolis.

Awesome house near the airport
House was everything that we needed. 90+ degrees outside and inside was wonderfully cool and nice. Rooms were spacious and the beds were all nice. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there, and we cooked many meals. Can’t say enough of how nice the place is. Great deck that we sat out on in the evening. House is mere minutes from the airport and Mall of America. Communication with host was great. Self check-in and out was smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place.
