Rooms were over priced. I’ve stayed at Grand stay hotels in the past and the Continental breakfast was over whelming; however, at this one in particular, the breakfast was lack luster at best.

Everything i couldve asked for
I didnt have much in the way of expectations going in. However, i was pleasantly surprised with our weekend stay. The staff was friendly, the room was extremely clean and our jacuzzi was top notch. Even the refrigerator was a pretty substantial size given it being in a hotel. Proximity to everything Stillwater has to offer was absolutely perfect, especially when looking to retreat from the downtown area.

The clerk at the desk went and turned the heat on in our room, so I believe the heat was turned all the way down and they only turn it on if someone has hooked the room. It was 10 degrees outside.

The room smelled bad, the shower had a trickle, the garbages in the dining area were overflowing! On a positive note the bed, bedding and pillows were very comfortable!

Great, helpful staff. We lost our key at a concert and had no trouble getting a replacement at midnight. Loved the breakfast. But we couldnt get the water in the shower above lukewarm and some of the furnishings were a little shabby. But loved the layout of our king suite.

Animal piss room
We had a house fire and were displaced with our dog, we rented a pet friendly room that smelled like animal piss, we left immediately and I told the front desk that we can't stay there due to the smell, they said any other hotel will be the same, and refused to refund our money.

Rooms were clean. Nice linen, bedding, etc Easy check in. No elevator, ice lower level, main floor. Sorry, but coffee station needs improvement Poor quality, flavor.
