Everything was great! Customer service was good, rooms were clean and lots of dining options near by. Food wasn’t the best at the hotel, no restaurant but it’s ok due to tons of restaurants nearby. I would have given this hotel 5 stars but upon check out and receiving my receipt I notice a $5 per day parking fee! I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and was never charged a parking fee. This charge is just another way big companies like to squeeze more money out of their customers. This is not downtown, it’s just a plain lot, nothing fancy about it and the upkeep is very minimal. Very disappointed that they decided to charge for parking! Do better.

This is a great Courtyard location. The building feels new and is clean, the rooms are a nice size, the staff is very nice and the lobby/lounge area is very nice as well.

The hot tub was broken, and they knew that it had been broken since Nov. 2024. The rooms were dirty and we didn’t get the 2 breakfast coupons we paid for, so we are still owed money. The evening bartender on the weekend was VERY kind and helpful. He was the only positive experience we had.

Upon checking found out the hot tub was broke down. The towel rack in our room fell right off the wall. The dresser drawer had a hole right through it. Found a dirty sock under our mattress. Dirty floor in area behind chair with candy. Appears nice in pictures but definitely needs a lot of improvements, cleaning and maintenance. Staff were nice & Mike the bartender was great and accommodating when our group brought food in.

A couple of notable things. We did not have matching quantities for towels, wash clothes, hand towels (4 each). Only one treadmill and 1 eliptical worked. Room was way too warm on arrival. 75. Overall floors were a bit hot. Clean and quiet otherwise.

A little confused.
I wish the hottub had a deep clean and working bubbles. Also we were given the incorrect time of breakfast and Starbucks opening. Beds are a little bit hard. And I was confused how the extra $20 on acct worked that they requested for misc. And how store worked. I paid at the desk even though I may have been able to use the extra $20.
