This is my second time booking here and we enjoyed the stay. Only flaws are that the bathtub water flow just isn’t the best, especially for giving an infant a shower. We also didn’t have that much toilet paper provided.

When I checked in and went to my room, it had not been cleaned from the previous occupants. I was not checking in early, it just hadn't been cleaned. The desk clerk moved me to another room.

Room 297 has some issues. Tub faucet needs the inside housing replaced. Leaks. Caulking is cracking. Black mold on the seals around the inside of the tub. Toilet seat is half attached with bolt. Pool area needs ceilings fans replaced blades are in poor condition. No towels at the pool. Asked for a towel and was told he didnt know where they are.... Key cards, two families reported their key cards could get into any door. Even proved that they could open a utility room. The front desk called them "crack heads" after they walked away. Granted they yelled their issue at the front desk person. Doors continued to beep throughout the whole night. Breakfast was not ready at 7am. I am disappointed in our stay.

Hotel staff and parking was nice but on the 2nd floor our toilet kept clogging and we had to call the hotel staff to get the maintenance to unclog it . Plus the internet WiFi sucks on the 2nd floor room 210 . It’s a dead zone and could not connect at all until you go downstairs . Once you go back in the room the WiFi is disconnected and once they reset the router it’s still unsuccessful. These are the two main issues and my advice is get a room on the first floor .

A nice hotel but breakfast wasn’t very good. There was some kind of dirty streaks on our walls in multiple different areas. The ceiling with the planks had some cracks which looked concerning. It was nice that the pool and hot tub were open until midnight! Staff was very nice and the Green Mill restaurant attached to the hotel was delicious so definitely order some food from there when you stay! The carts to haul luggage to your rooms were broken.

I booked with Expedia and the clerk could not find our reservation. On a positive note the clerk was so helpful and gave us a room despite the glitch but it took a while. The room was a nice size and so was the breakfast room. Coffee was very good.
