I came to the property for a bowling tournament so I really liked the convenience of the bowling alley being connected to the hotel. However, I did not like the bathroom at all. The shower was way too small for any adult and had no shelves or any place to put your shampoo or soap..

Liked how the Mermaid is right there where you can go bowling or the kids can play in the arcade. The Mermaid itself was short staffed but everything went as good as it could be.

The pool and proximity to Mermaid were great. The breakfast buffet was busy but the woman running it was an incredibly hard worker and very kind. She even cooked fresh bacon to give to my child with an egg allergy! All the staff were helpful and kind. The only complaint we had was that the room above us had people running, yelling, and literally howling until after midnight, when we called the front desk at 10:45, they only offered to move our room and did not contact the room above us to ask them to quiet down.

Even though the hotel was completing renovations on another floor, the noise was not noticeable. Bed was pretty comfortable! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful! Good breakfast in the morning and again, super friendly staff. Can’t wait to see it after the renovations!

They are remodeling our room was one of the new rooms. Looked good. The only complaint was the hot tub was not hot. But if that's all I can complain about. Then that tells me the weekend was great. We had everything we needed and the kids had a blast in the pool.
