Lovely private home nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Burnsville. Your family will enjoy all the amenities this home offers, newly renovated basement, fenced in back yard and much more. Please inquire for more information! Each bedroom has a smart tv and black out curtains for a restful sleep.

Upon renting this property you and your party assume all liability and property damage or loss. We as he owners assume no responsibility for you or your guests. By booking you agree to these terms.


Cameras:
We do have 3 cameras on site for your safety and ours. 1 located in the front of the house overlooking the drive way and 2 in the back of the house overlooking the pool and side of the home. These cameras are activity recording at all times for everyones safety. Please reach out to us if you need further information regarding this.

Here are the house rules for your reference:

1. Neighborhood- there is a noise ordinance from the hours of 10 pm- 7 am in Burnsville. Please be respectful of this quiet time in our community.

2. Make sure to turn off lights and electronics when not in use or when you leave the house.

3. Please remove your shoes in the home at all times.

4. Smoking of any substance is not allowed in the house/garage. You can smoke outside on the deck. Please discard your cigarette butts

5. Pets are allowed upon approval and there will be a non-refundable pet fee.( please clean up after your pets) Please message me for details.

6. Parties OF ANY KIND will not be tolerated. Police will be called and you will leave the property with no refund.

7. Please put your dishes in the dishwasher and start prior to checkout
(pods provided under the sink)

8. Please put all dirty and wet towels in the washing machine(start washing machine)

9. Extra Guests are not allowed at the home with out writing approval! Extra guests WILL BE subject to a $50 per guest fee and asked to leave the property. ( if your planning extra guests please reach out for approval)

10. We ask that you please return the home as you found it.

11. If any of the house rules are not followed it can result in removal from the property with no refund

Great neighborhood spot with a hot tub!
Two of us stayed here with our dog and the top floor was spacious enough that we didn't even use the basement. The house was well supplied, and the hot tub was in great condition (not always our experience with house rentals). We really enjoyed the neighborhood as well - very walk friendly with good sidewalks, but also within a mile of shops and restaurants. We would love to come back again when the pool is open.

Great Stay-cation!
Had a girls weekend at this property and it was absolutely perfect! The house, deck, and pool area were very clean and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Having so many bars and restaurants near by was awesome! Check in and check out was super easy and the tasks that needed to be completed before leaving were reasonable unlike other properties that make you deep clean before leaving despite already having a cleaning fee. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect pool
The pool was beautiful and we had lots of fun swimming. It is in full sun most of the day so bring sunscreen. The house is in a quiet neighborhood yet close to shopping and restaurants.

Wonderful house and neighborhood. A short jaunt to mall of America without having to stay in the city and way less expensive than hotels especially for a large family and get to all be together and cook our own meals so didn’t have to take toddler to restaurants. Well stocked, quiet and comfortable. Thanks for having us. We loved our family trip 😊

Honestly, everything about this stay was perfect. The home was exceedingly clean and very well stocked. The hot tub was amazing, the fireplace added to our cozy stay, and having 2 living spaces provided so much space for our group. The host was responsive to our questions and even left us a special treat for the holiday. While we visited in the winter, the yard and pool appear spacious and would be ideal for a family. I’d give this home six stars if I could!

Girls weekend
We booked here for our girls shopping weekend and it was great. We were a short easy drive to the Twin Cities Premium Outlet center and an even easier drive to Burnsville shopping center and the area stores. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub after our long day of shopping. Hosts were very easy to contact and very responsive and helpful. Would definitely use them again!

BEST VACATION EVER
If you are looking for an amazing house for a family trip (especially with children) I completely recommend Bonnie & Joe's house!! Not only was the layout of the house perfect for our vacation, Bonnie & Joe are truly SUPERHOSTS!! They made sure that we had everything that we could possibly need, down to q-tips. I had to ask a couple of questions during our stay & they answered quickly every time!! We were never left to figure out anything. I can't wait to book our next vacation with them!!!

Amazing Rental Experience!
I had a bachelorette party and it was a group of 7 girls. This rental property was gorgeous first of all, and there was so much space! The hot tub was where we spent most of our time, talking and enjoying the night under the lights. I would highly recommend this property for anyone who wants to have a fun weekend with a large group! The property manager was great as well, and was helpful and would communicate/answer any questions I had! 😁

Just what we needed!
I was with a group of friends attending a Red Hot Chili Peppers concert at the US Bank Stadium on 4/8/23 & we stayed at this property for one night. We wished we had the time to stay longer! The house and amenities were as advertised & more. The hot tub was a blessing after a long concert & lots of walking around! Communication was excellent. Check-in & check-out requests were reasonable and the hosts were very accommodating to our special requests. Thank you so much Bonnie & Joe! We'll be back!

COOL Family Fun in Burnsville, MN
Our group of nine ranged in age from 6 to 66 and even included our 91lb dog!!! The property was as accommodating to our many and varied needs as the host herself. Grilling, swimming, hot-tubbing, cooking, eating, trading 102 degree heat in Oklahoma for cool mornings and evenings by the firepit. And for Ike the dog, happily patrolling the perimeter of the huge and fully-fenced back yard. What a joy for all of us!! and Bonnie's responses were near immediate to every message.
