"No microwaves in room. Staff seemed unhappy being there. Rooms were clean and not dated. Wanted to stay a third night and was told they were booked. Went online and there were plenty rooms available. We left and went to the Hyatt Centric instead. In the end, Hyatt still retained our business. Received better service at another of their properties."

"Our room was nice just seemed like the cleanliness of the bathroom wasn’t good there was hair in the shower and what looked to be pubes also the garbage in the bathroom had white stuff dripping down the side all the staff we had any contact with was friendly but definitely work on the bathrooms in the rooms better "

"It was in a convenient area, used the skywalks a lot. Felt very safe inside the hotel. It was surprisingly quiet as well. The only issue I had was one of the bedsheets was stained, but that wasn’t a huge deal. Other than that, everything was amazing and I would definitely stay again."
