"it is a very new building, price probably is still a promotion, nice price it was. Very green around the property, ecopark is nearby. There is no place to wait before or after check in-check out. Getting the key is a little troublesome, the staff is in only between 9 am till 5 p.m. Some improvement would be needed. No answers to the email. With all of that, I would recommend this property."

"Lovely apartment well maintained in Palermo district. Staff are all very friendly and accommodating. My flight was rescheduled due to a strike at the airport and i was upgraded to an amazing beautiful penthouse suite. Definitely i will be coming back to Buenos Aires and staying here."

"Espacio amplio y cómodo, limpio a mi llegada. Sin embargo, noté una mancha de sangre en la cortina del cuarto, lo cual fue un poco desagradable. Contaba con toallas suficientes. Un inconveniente que tuve al llegar fue que los ventanales de vidrio no cerraban correctamente, pero la administración se hizo cargo y enviaron a un carpintero súper amable para solucionarlo, lo cual aprecié mucho. "We loved the place itself it had a nice design. It was perfect for two, and could have accommodated one more adult. It was clean and the staff was very helpful and communicative, they really cared about how we were enjoying our stay and willing to help at any given notice. The location was quite convenient and close to many shops, restaurant, and grocery stores. The only thing we would mention about the place was that the bed could have been a bit more comfortable. "Reserved a room with "1 king bed and 1 sofa bed", arrived to find 2 single beds and 1 sofa with a pull out bed. Pull out bed was stained, as was the sofa. Kitchen was equipped for what was needed. We had previously stayed at the property in another apartment however this one did not match the expectations. "

"Excellent hotel close to everything. The best Steakhouses, bars, shops, in Argentina are in walking distance. This is a small hotel with very nice rooms. I will stay here on every visit."
