With no instructions on how to access the unit, we contacted the host only to receive an email stating that our reservation had been cancelled, without prior notification. We were stuck having to find a new place to stay at 8 pm. Will not look to rent from this host again."

"Overall, very good experience. Suite was very clean and well kept. It had high end appliances, and comfortable furniture. We could not get the thermostat to work, and the suite had poor air circulation, even with the windows open. It got very warm trying to sleep at night. We had trouble getting the garage door for the parking garage open, and had to rely on other residents that pulled up behind us to open the door. "The condo was fantastic, and in the absolute best area. Perfect for us to walk pretty much wherever we wanted to in the town. Only downside is the listing says there’s a hot tub, and we were unable to find it. No sure if it was located on the rooftop patio, which was closed for the season. But overall, a great stay, and would 100% stay there again."
