"We loved the outside spaces around the property. Lots of lawn space for games, volleyball, slip 'n slide. An outside sports shed had many things to most with. Corn hike, badminton, hula hoops, jump ropes. Across a little creek was an area where we played horseshoes and set up other outdoor activities. Inside was spacious. Large kitchen. Two fridges and one freezer. Upstairs was a large game room wit pool, air hockey, big tv and lots of dress up clothes for the kids."

"Online it says they have an indoor pool and serve breakfast but neither are true. That should be undated. Apart from that is a good place to stay for the price. Clean and close to the freeway. Good place if you plan on not spending a lot of time in the room."

"The hot tub advertised was not working. The provided breakfast was limited. They did not provide a toaster or bread. They provided a waffle maker which we did not use. The breakfast food provided was not as good as other hotels that charged less."

"The property was beautiful and inviting. Hosts were great and easy to get a hold of. Answered our questions immediately. We stayed here in mid January to go to Brian Head to go snowboarding. Would recommend this place absolutely"

"Pros- Nicely decorated and cozy. Fit our family of 5 well enough. Seemed to have most everything we needed. Cons- I don’t know if housekeeping did a thorough job before we entered. I could tell some places were overlooked. The dishwasher hadn’t been emptied, and there were clumps of hair/dust/dirt behind doors. Nothing too major, bedding and other places seemed okay. "We had a mini family reunion for those who could not make Christmas. The house brought back memories of the family farm house, some 5 decades ago. We were very happy everyone had their own bedroom! Crisp stroll on a country road, huge dinning room table to have family time. The kitchen was nicely updated without taking away the historical charm. Oh! Spectacular sunrises and sunsets! "
