Love the Big Blue House

Perfect Vacation

Plenty of room for all
We had an amazing time! The kids loved fishing off the dock and the fact that they had their own space to watch tv and/or play games. The kitchen had big enough pots and pans to cook for our group and 2 griddles for morning pancakes. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this house for comfort and convenience to shopping and restaurants.

Great House!
This house was perfect! It had everything we needed and then some - from the game room for the kids to the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms to all the great water sport supplies. It was clean and very well maintained. Guest services were immediately responsive and we had no issues while staying there. Dogs having to be on leash was a minor inconvenience but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

AMAZING!
This place blew our expectations out of the water, literally! The house was clean and well stocked with anything we could need and want. Family friendly, enough beds for everyone and then some. Dock and boat house had plenty of life jackets, floating tubes, fishing poles, you name it. Easily the best place we’ve ever rented. Only thing lacking was a sand beach area for the littlest (1 yo) but definitely not a deterrent. Will definitely be back!

Property is wonderful. Lots of extras there to enjoy. The OWNERS have done an amazing job with this property. Vacasa system of a 1-800 # to get questions asked is beyond frustrating. They do not give you the local agents direct line until the day the rental starts. So many issues dealing with them. We love the house but may have second thoughts on renting any property mng by them in the future

Spring Break 2023
House was amazing, everything we needed and more. Super clean and so many games and movies...only wish the outside furniture and fire pit would have been ready for use, everything was still covered from winter and didn't see the fireplace at all so didn't bother to uncover the rest. Paddle boards and boats were such a blast, fishing was fun. The jacuzzi tub felt amazing after the long days of walking around the nearby amusement park. Would definitely choose this place again. Great place to spread out and enjoy family and friends.

Spring Break with Family and Friends
We returned to Kamino Kove after renting it last year. This is our favorite property as it checks off almost all the boxes and is best for entertaining. It is a great place for pets, kids and family to get together. The entire house has everything you can think of and offers a lot of different areas for you to do whatever you want, whether it’s relax or play games. The upstairs is a great space to hang out and offers TV, fireplace and a screened in porch that we used to eat every night. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Downstairs there’s plenty of room for entertainment, poker table, shuffleboard, and theater. Plenty of sleeping room downstairs. We love it and will definitely go back there again.

Very nice location. House was OK... not bad, not amazing. Not having the proper code to get in was vexing from the get-go. Property could use some TLC, fix-up, better cleaning. Stove wouldn't heat well. Neighborhood great, appreciated the pet-friendly home, water access perfect, wonderful views and nature right outside the back door. Comfy bed, much-needed and pleasant vacation.

Great dog-friendly stay
Fabulous stay - had everything needed for a great vacation. Mattresses were comfortable. View of the lake from breakfast nook and screened porch was beautiful. The amount of kitchen counter space was much appreciated and we loved that all cabinets were labled so everything was easy to find. Grill and popcorn machine worked great. The dock was also great for the rental boat we had. We appreciated all the amenities for our dog too! The retractable leashes staked in the yard would be great for larger dogs. We used the supplied dog lines (in the laundry room) so our cocker spaniel could be outside with us while we played cornhole. The supplied dog toys and beds were also a nice surprise.

Beautiful decor; needs some work on major appliances and kitchenware
The home was beautifully furnished. However, icemaker didn't work and I called twice about that. The ceiling fan/light did not work in MBR2 and I reported that twice. Also, ceiling fan in downstairs bedroom did not work. Not reported. It would be helpful if there were some microwaveable dishes instead of all plastic.

Family 4th of July Trip + Dogs!!
This is a beautiful property! It is very difficult to find pet-friendly rentals, let alone pet-friendly rentals that are actually nice! This rental has everything you could need for a week at the lake including anything you might’ve forgotten for yourself and your pups! We booked this trip for my family (Myself, husband and one year old daughter), my sister, my brother and his girlfriend, my parents and their dogs, and this was perfect for all of us to share. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, and there was plenty for us to do even when it was 100° outside and too hot to be on the dock! It was so nice to have a place to tie up our boat when we rented one, and we were very grateful to be able to enjoy our holiday here together. Thank you, Kamino Kove!! We will definitely be back, maybe with friends next time, or even just with our family again!

Perfect staycation!
It is gorgeous! Perfect place to enjoy family and the outdoors. The dock is perfect for fishing, swimming and boating! My teens enjoyed all the indoor games- pool, poker, and more! The view was relaxing and the option of screened porch or deck satisfied all of our family! My favorite was the porch swing! Communication with property management was extremely efficient! Lake Anna- Kamino Kove is a new favorite spot for our family.

Wonderful!
This was our first time that we stayed at Lake Anna and the experience was wonderful! The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. There were plenty of options on things to do whether we stayed inside to enjoy the activities of the basement or whether we were outside to enjoy the activities of the lake. We enjoyed, swimming off of the dock, the paddle boards, kayaks, fishing, and we were able to bring our jet ski's and dock them. I would definitely rent this home again!

Loved the Blue House
Wow this property was wonderful in so many ways. Decor is both attractive and comfortable. Fun - huge screen t.v., pool table, shuffle board table, card table, video game. Kitchen provided all the items we needed to cook . My family stayed there for 3 days. It felt as though we could have stayed longer to enjoy everything this home offered.

Beautiful Setting
My family enjoyed our stay! The home was clean. The outside area patio did need power washed and cushions cleaned. The propane fire pit was inoperable. I did request a stand alone wood fire pit and mgt company supplied the fire pit. Also larger trash cans are needed for this size home. Overall we had a nice stay.

Wonderful Thanksgiving
This house was perfect for hosting my family of nine and three dogs for Thanksgiving. It is comfortably furnished in a lake home style. The kitchen has everything you need for actually cooking meals with a large conventional oven and and a convection/microwave oven. The refrigerator has a flex compartment that can be used as freezer or refrigerator. All bathrooms were up to date and clean. We were able to eat Thanksgiving dinner on screened deck because weather was mild. Everyone enjoyed the game room downstairs and we were able to watch football games on theater TV. Weather was a little to cold for water activities. The large front yard was great for throwing football and the view of the lake was beautiful all day, especially for morning sunrise.

Great vacation spot!!
Kamino Kove was so well equipped with every little detail! They truly thought of everything you would have in your home! We’ve never stayed somewhere so well equipped and thought out. We had such a relaxing time for a quick girls weekend. The neighborhood is super quiet and relaxing. The main thing i loved was how clean it was. That was super important for us as we were traveling during covid, but the place was very clean and well maintained. The only thing we would recommend is to have the grass cut, bushes maintained on the walking paths & some type of bug prevention on the outside. There was an excessive amount of spiders and bugs. Thank you for sharing your home with us.. we will certainly be back!
