The spacious rental features 4 bedrooms, each with a TV, and a basement game room with an air hockey table, a tabletop arcade, board games, and a 75" TV for a movie night or to plug in your gaming system. There's also corn hole for use on the walkout patio that includes access to a grill, fire pit, a kayak, and a paddleboard with life vests. For adults, the top floor loft includes a wet bar, TV, and a connected balcony to enjoy coffee or a happy hour with expansive views of the lake.

For those planning to bring or rent a boat, there is easy access to a boat launch area and this rental includes the use of a covered dock for your boat or jet ski during your stay. Trailer parking is available at the front of the development near the many restaurants and Lake Anna Taphouse, all within a short walk to the townhouse.

Beautiful home, great location
Home is beautiful, spacious, clean, well appointed. Location is convenient…close to area attractions and within walking distance to great food, drinks, treats, and entertainment. Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Nice Property as Long as You Can Navigate Stairs
The house was very clean. The check in process was easy. The house is very spacious with plenty of room. The only complaint I have is that we were traveling with my 90 year old Grandmother. I emailed ahead of booking to make sure that there was a bedroom on the main living/first floor because she can not navigate stairs. I was told that there was. There is not. There is one bedroom in the basement and the other three are on the second level. We were only there for two nights, but she had to stay in the basement the whole time. My husband had to carry her up when we would go anywhere. (reason for the 3 stars) If you have no problems with stairs this is a great property.
