From the moment you arrive at Ace's Run, you will be spoiled by the adorable exterior and wooded acreage that makes this home so special. Spend days hiking biking, swimming, and fishing in and around Lake Anna, while in close proximity to restaurants and grocery stores for treats and eateries. The common beach area has three new boat launches should you adventure and explore further! Plus, everyone will love gathering at the secluded firepit as the sun goes down to unwind beneath the stars.

Inside, this clean and comfortable home has everything you need to slip into relaxation after fun from the trails and lake. The full kitchen has all the appliances that remind you of home. Step into the living area and stream your favorite movies on the mounted flatscreen TV as everyone relaxes on the plush sofa. The poker room has a full poker table and an additional flatscreen TV, and is another great spot for gathering together. Best of all, furry companions can accompany you during your amazing vacation stay!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
