"The house was perfect for our family trip! The basement was a nice surprise. The only negative I could possibly say is that there were dirty sheets on the sofa bed. When we went to change them and got clean sheets from the chest, the clean sheets were stained as well. "The cabin is warm and inviting. All the supplies you need are provided…kitchen and dining ware, firewood, plenty of blankets. The area is very peaceful. All we heard was the sound of leaves rustling, birds chirping and the fireplace crackling. It’s a short walk to take in the beauty of the lake and surrounding trees."

"It was cozy with no major frills. It was fairly clean and we got mostly hot water, but there were few amenities. There was a washer but no detergent. We had to pay extra a night for a second guest, but received nothing for that extra charge. The bed was firm and we woke up to horses neighing in the morning. Also, watch out for horse poop when you walk to your car in the ’driveway’. It did take a while to warm up the pellet stove but then it got toasty. "

This house is clean, decorated nicely, good sized and in a good location. 👍👍👍 communication with owners is stellar. There was a golf cart to use, we took a little drive on it to a private beach close by."

We work on the road and was looking forward to grilling up a hot meal, we did use the kitchen instead so no big deal. We hope to use this cabin again in the future! "

"I was in the area for a conference and was delighted to find this property. It was quiet, restful, and had everything I needed. I particularly enjoyed the front porch and the secluded back yard; it was just beautiful and relaxing! One thing I will note though is the beds are exceedingly soft, with little support. This was problematic for me as I really needed a firmer mattress. My friend who stayed in another room said the same. Communication could improve as well, but overall we just loved...

The Christmas tree and mantle lights were on🎄We went to a play at the Ohio Star Theatre, It’s A Wonderful World, played cards, shopped and had some great Amish food.
