Secluded and surrounded by lush greenery, this woodsy cabin will be just the place to bring your family or friends to experience beautiful Mineral Bluff. With three different levels, this home offers a variety of amenities that will keep everyone entertained during their stay including three TVs, free WiFi, a private grill, and a foosball table! Just a short walk from the house you will find a lovely creek that can be heard from the firepit out back! After a full day of hiking or exploring the surrounding area, have a cookout in the fresh air as the kids play in the yard or make the most of the fully equipped kitchen and whip up a family-favorite recipe. No one will have trouble settling down for the evening, as the vaulted ceilings and wood-burning fireplace will allow everyone to cozy up for a movie night or indulge in a quiet night of reading!

What’s nearby:
We recommend having a car to reach the property with ease. The house is secluded in a peaceful area at the banks of Wolf Creek river where you can enjoy the views of the forest or venture out to one of the many trails for some hiking. Mineral Bluff is home to portions of the Appalachian and Benton MacKaye Trails as well. In addition to the nature adventures, Blue Ridge downtown is only 11 miles south from the home. Once in town, you will be able to shop, dine, or head to the marina for some aquatic fun come summertime!

Lovely stay in Mineral Bluff
We had a wonderful weekend at the cabin. The owning company reached out regularly to make sure we didn't have any issues. Based on other reviews, they have replaced the old pots and pans. Overall a wonderful cabin. The only thing we would have changed was adding curtains to the windows in the living room. The back porch was nice and private and we definitely took advantage of the wood fireplace.

This cabin was exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the deck with the hammock and kids loved the foos ball table. Beds were comfortable and everything felt like home. Will definitely stay here again.

A nice secluded stay.
Upon arrival, we had an issue checking in because we did not have the lock combination for the door. We had to drive to town to call Vacasa because we had no cell coverage at the cabin. They gave us the maintenance box combo for their key. We used it for the whole stay. We also used the internet to make phone calls after we got into the unit.. The first morning my husband killed three scorpions and a few spiders. It had been raining heavily which could have driven them indoors. After that, the stay was very relaxing. It has everything you are looking for in a quiet spot to enjoy the mountains. Mcaysville is a nice small town with things to do but at a slow pace. When we come back we will plan better (The Blueridge Railway, fishing guide float trip, and maybe a kayak or tube trip). We will probably be back to stay again.

We absolutely loooooved our stay in this gorgeous cabin. Very beautiful lot with a sizable creek creating a nice rushing sound. Lots of trees and space and the cabin comes with plenty of amenities and excellent wifi connection

Wonderfully Clean Cabin
We had such a wonderful weekend at this cabin! It was roomy, comfortable and one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. We loved having the downstairs gameroom area for the kids to hang out. The creek is gorgeous and the kids loved playing in it and exploring. We loved relaxing on the back deck drinking our coffee. Having a bathroom on every level was very convenient.

Great cabin!!
Exactly what I was looking for. Great experience. The kitchen could use a few more pots and pans. Also, communication had to be done directly to vacasa. If you send a message through VRBO, don't expect a reply. Which was a little frustrating since I booked through VRBO and paid the fee. Other than that it is truly a really cool place. Would love to come back someday.

Wonderful cabin!
Our family enjoyed our stay in August 2020. Cabin was meticulously clean and well stocked. Main floor has 2 bedrooms with shared bath, top floor has queen bed, full bath and jetted tub but no bedroom door. Lower level has full bath, no bedroom but fold out couch. Enjoyed exploring the Blue Ridge area!
