Upper Level: The King suite on the upper level has a huge ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, walk-in closet, double vanity area, coffee bar, and access to private outdoor deck with mountain views and 2 rocking chairs. The walk-in closet is big enough for families to use as small bedrooms for newborn/toddlers with a pack-n-play or crib.
Main Level: The King suite on the main level has a large ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, walk-in closet, double vanity, and access to outdoor deck with with mountain views and 2 rocking chairs.
Lower Level: The King suite on the lower level has a large ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo, walk-in closet, double vanity, and access to outdoor deck with with mountain views and 2 rocking chairs.
*** ESSENTIALS & SUPPLIES PROVIDED ***
You'll find essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and kitchen trash bags. We provide a new kitchen sponge, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, hand soap at all sinks, propane for the gas grill, and firewood for the fire pit & fireplaces. You’ll find basic pantry items like sugar, creamer, salt, pepper, and a spice rack. Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup towels, sleep masks, and hair dryer in each bathroom.

All reservations include worry-free Accidental Damage Protection Insurance. We get it, stuff happens!
*** PRICING DETAILS ***
A refundable security deposit in the amount of $500 dollars ($500.00) is held under each reservation via credit card hold or debit card charge, prior to check in, for any incidents not covered by the Accidental Damage Protection Insurance, like smoking/vaping inside, exceeding the number of guests listed on the reservation, bringing an unauthorized pet, intentional damages, excessive amount of trash left for our team to pick up, bag, & discard.
100% of the cleaning fee is paid directly to our team members to provide a living wage here in the mountains. The cleaning fee covers of our 3-Point cleaning, disinfection, and inspection process. This includes pre-check in cleaning & staging team, quality control inspector prior to guest arrival, and post-check out cleaning team to prepare the lodge for the next guests.

***PROPERTY HEALTH & SAFETY ***
All Drift Away™️ Luxury Lodging properties may have HVAC UV Light Systems installed to kill bacteria and viruses in the air. Each property interior is protected with smoke detection, carbon monoxide detection, along with fire extinguishers. Properties may have water leak detection, natural gas leak detection, and/or a fire suppression system. The property is treated quarterly for pest control and prevention to mitigate insects. However, since this property is on a mountain, surrounded by forest, it is impossible to keep out all insects all the time. The exterior of each property is protected with outdoor cameras covering front entrances, back entrances, parking, and/or property perimeter. There are no cameras inside any Drift Away™️ Luxury Lodging rental properties, because that’s weird & creepy.

***Use of fireworks & firearms are prohibited and a violation of Fannin County Short Term Vacation Rental Ordinance 10-24-2023.
