Upon arrival, check-in area is the size of my kitchen table, no room for 2 people in there so had to wait outside while the guy ahead of me got checked in. Behind the window, check-in staff were not friendly - not a hint of a smile between the 2 of them. I had Rm #107 - the light in front was so bright when I returned that night that I had to shield my eyes when pulling into the space, & while I was glad to have a space right in front of my room, there was an L shape to the building right there & 2 more rooms' doors were perhaps 3 feet from the driver's side of my truck. My room could have been swept - there were about 5 large clumps of dirt (or something) scattered about the floor. The bed was hard, not a big deal because I know some people like a Very Firm mattress, just I do not. Shower was okay, water got hot within a couple of minutes, pressure was good but no shelf on which to put soap. There were 2 lights in the room, extremely, painfully bright - side by side, 2 ft apart directly above the bed, & no light around the corner over the table, so to eat or read at the table you are in the dark. My stay was for 2 nights; morning after 1st night as I was leaving for my conference a cleaning lady asked if I wanted room service. I told her no, but please do leave me some clean towels. When I returned that evening the same wet towels were still piled by the door where I had left them & there were no clean towels. The AC worked well & I enjoyed hearing nearby chickens crowing.
