"We rented safe Broadmoor Haven for ourselves and friends to attend the Shreveport Airshow, the place is located very conveniently to Barksdale Airforce Base, it was close to a nice Catholic church, the grocery store was nearby and has several eating places within short driving distance. It is an older home but it is nicely remodeled onthe inside and was super clean. We all enjoyed our stay, the host is super nice and responsive, would highly recommend this place."

"Trey the host was very accommodating and quick with communication. As a frequent VRBO user I was thoroughly pleased overall! "

"The property was as described in the listing. However, I sent a message to the management team on Saturday and never got a response. Throughout the stay, there was no communication and we were never given check-out procedures. The space was comfortable for what we needed which was just a place for the night that wasn’t a hotel. The only other thing besides lack of communication was the dining room chair legs need to be tightened. You cannot sit in one of them because the legs are so loose."

"The house is truly historical but beautifully decorated and comfortable. Can definitely use some work due to age of the house but overall very big, spacious and homey feeling. We enjoyed our stay."

"Decided to take a quick trip with friends to gamble and eat some good food. The house was great for 6 adults (2couples and 2 singles). The house was clean and well stocked. Had coffee on the porch in the mornings and mid afternoon crawfish out back where there is plenty of seating and room to not feel crowded. The location was perfect not too far from downtown and casinos and close to other businesses if you needed to go grab anything quickly. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We had a very comfortable stay in Shreveport. This home is located in a charming, historical area that is clearly being invested in so we enjoyed the lovely homes and the cafe that was taken with our home. The area was safe and quiet and just quaint and totally worth a revisit.The hosts were communicative and kind. They seemed to really bc are that we enjoyed our time, which we appreciate. "

"We had a great time staying in this house. There was plenty of room and a great backyard!"

"Very clean and homey feel! Only wish we could of had check in instructions a couple of days before and the hot tub was a bit disappointing, very low to the ground and wasn't like a true free-standing hot tub. Overall though we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. "

"My wife and I enjoyed the quiet, central location. It is close to everything and the gated community felt like we were away from the crowds. Very clean."

"We are in Shreveport because my husband and a really bad ATV accident and is in LSU hospital. We have stayed at a few different houses, this place tops any house we have stayed at. Dwayne has be amazing to work with. This house is out in the country, which was a plus because that’s were we live in Michigan. The beds are comfortable, we had everything we needed to make our stay feel like we were at home. If you’re in the area and are looking for a place I 10/10 recommend staying here."
