"The suites were great! The property is spacious, clean, and well kept. We had a private key to enter the premise. There are two small stores underneath the suites. About a 15 minute walk to the touristy area of rodadero where all the restaurants and small shops are. Very safe walk even at night! The beach is just a block away. They have a partnership with a restaurant nearby and also deliver breakfast to your door every morning. "

"The building is new. It was very clean and offered most of what we needed. There are areas which are not open yet such as the main pool and kids playground. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. We would diffinitely stay again. I would suggest to have a couple bottles of water and coffee available for future guest. Also they did not offer beach towels. Hot water would be nice to have. The shower water is very cold. Thank you for the great hospitality!"

"No WiFi for the duration of our stay!!!! We specifically book condos so we have good space to work and the owner did not have working WiFi as advertised. "I had just some minor communication issues with vrbo and the host prior to arriving , but he was very friendly and helpful once we sorted things out. The location is a bit removed from the more crowded tourist areas like Rodadero but I liked it for its tranquility. It’s right next to Bello Horizonte Beach, which is likewise less packed and offers a very pleasant experience by the ocean. I found the accommodations comfortable and reasonably priced as well. I definitely recommend the property!"
