"其實整體來講也不算差，酒店位置的確是不近車站，但隔離雪場真的很近，可以步行就去到，店主其實很友善，只是有點言語上溝通不到，但其實他也很用心幫忙，只是旅館就只他一個人，所以要點時間等待，浴室是共用的，所以也不要有甚麼期望好了，不過熱水是有的，只是要點時間去準備，所以整體用這個價錢來說，其實已經算不錯了"

"Service, staff, food, and location were all excellent. Breakfast was included and dinner was reasonably priced and very delicious. Hotel will pick you up and drop you off if you schedule a day in advance. Rooms are very clean and meet basic needs. Hotel location has easy access to lifts (ski in) ..."

"長岡大花火大会の際に夫婦で利用しました。長岡駅からは新幹線で一駅の浦佐駅から徒歩3分ほどの立地で便利です。また、浦佐駅前にはコンビニもあり助かりました。ホテルの施設は古い為、ウォシュレットは付いてなく、また冷蔵庫も小さい為、たくさんの食料品はは入りません。冷凍庫はないので不便な点もあります。シャンプーがリンスインのタイプですが日本人の髪質には合わなくて、髪の毛がクシ通りが悪かなるので、コンディショナーを持参することをおすすめします。 エアコンの効き具合は良かったです。フロントスタッフの方は優しい対応してくれました。"
