"Best thing in this hotel is sky spa - or onsen on 12th floor overlooking town and motorway! Very fascinating and relaxing watch, soaking on hot water after full day walking! Lawson and 7-eleven just outside the hotel, several dining options within 5min walk. Hotel itself is quite dated and feels old, but sky onsen and breakfast makes up for it. Stayed one night in May 2025. "

"All staff are friendly and very helpful. Only this hotel offer free coach tour for visiting all 4 Suwa Taisha shrines. very blessed. We enjoyed welcome drink before dinner. Hotspring bath with sauna room, very relaxing. they provid not only japanese yukata roves but also pajamas. Dinner and breakfast were so beautiful and delicious, and they served me a special vegetarian meal. many thanks to the kitchen staff. I strongly recommend to stay lake view room. the view was breath taking. "

"It was within comfortable walking distance from INAKITA station. It was the only available closest hotel when i booked for a last minute trip here a few days before. I found a familiar restaurant, SUKIYA nearby where I had my delicious lunch. Happen to stumble upon a cosy McDonald’s when I was exploring the area near Ina park where the cherry blossoms were in full bloom! There is a direct bus to the Takato Castle Ruins at Inakita Station. See the bus timing chart. Hotel was like a resort with a very nice public bath. The room is spacious, comfy with the usual Japanese standard toilet & bath."

"Good, compact business hotel especially for the price. Older property but well maintained and room has all the amenities you’ll need (tea, kettle, mini-fridge, slippers, toothbrush + paste, comb, q-tips, etc.). Check in lady was great & explained everything. Hotel also provides printouts explaining things in english."

"Wonderfully designed hotel in the middle of beautiful Narai. Excellent food and helpful staff. The only difficulty was finding my room after dinner!"

"There are a lot of clutter in the hotel lobby, which makes it feel messy. The hotel looks a bit old, though it is clean. I arrived at the hotel after 10 o'clock at night. When I entered the door, I couldn't see the check-in counter. I went to a counter on the right. There was a card showing “ 百名湯認定証 ”, and add water room “加湯室” was behind the counter. I was about to search everywhere I could in the hotel, when suddenly I saw a man at the far end of the left side, so I chased after him and asked if he was a hotel staff. It turned out that the checkin counter was on the left, and I turned the wrong direction and went to the right. I was indeed frightened at that time when I couldn’t see anybody. Checkin was smooth with the help of the staff. If I haven’t been to the wrong direction, everything would be fine. The breakfast is delicious, and it is a semi-self-service style. Milk, rice, miso soup, bread, tea, etc. are all available for self-service. The mountain view from the restaurant is great."
