"Great property beautiful view from my room. I had dinner in the 15th floor the first night I was there and service was mediocre I had to several times call the waiter over. The next morning I had breakfast on the. 30th floor and service was excellent! Staff nice and professional. I did ask for some ice packs to be put in the freezer since I was traveling with my son’s insulin only a couple of packs were frozen the others was not "

"The thermal waters and the construction around the pools are great. The rest is pretty bad. No hot water in the rooms, no WiFi, a water leak from the ceiling, the lighting is terrible, dark because the only window is tiny, the view from the only window is to the parking lot. Having those majestic mountains around is a real pity you see parked cars. Had to beg for a hand towel and a bathroom mat. The selection of food is poor and no healthy options. "Perfect location for our sightseeing of trip of Monterrey. Beautiful views of the city and mountains. Very close to many excellent restaurants. Room was exceptionally large. Room not ready when we arrived early, so checked our bags, came back approx 4 hours later. Room was given to us, but was unbelievable hot, AC wasn't on. We turned it on and unpacked. "My stay was great !! Felt safe and welcomed upon arrival !! Staff member Danny has a very pleasant attitude and friendly as he was treating all guests. The place is simple, nothing too fancy but still very convenient!! Locating was awesome to the west part of beautiful Monterrey !! The mattress was nice and comfortable!! I will definitely recommend and will return as a guest very soon !! "
