"Our stay was great, the level of detail in the renovations as well as the extra efforts taken to provide comfort and experience were very evident. The linens were high quality and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook. I had to communicate more than most VRBO stays due to some logistical changes and Wayne was very accommodating and responsive. Historic Sanford is very charming with plenty to do within walking distance. The entire family was happy, I highly recommend this rental!"

"The house and location for our business trip was perfect. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was excellent and he was very accommodating. We plan on renting this house again for our next pet trip to the area "
