"This park of rental apartments was taken over recently by Vacance soleil. They renamed it to "résidence club" to give the impression that it's more than a rental apartment. It's not. The apartments are ok but old fashioned (with only some newly build) and the swimmingpool is way to small for the amount of apartments (125 apartments vs 60 beds around the pool). The food is also very average. Nevertheless the location is magnificent. The "re-branding" is done clearly done for commercial reasons...

But if you don’t take all the rooms in any villa, you may very well find yourself with neighbours in a room within the villa, though they will not be in the space you are occupying. "A hotel that feels like a camping. You have to carry your garbage outside. Leave your linens and towels in the hallway upon checkout. Ourdoor pool opens at 10am and closes at 7pm. It’s a short window. "

So the room was always very hot. The room faulty telephone rang every night at various times between 2.45 & 4.45am. You need a car at this location as the larger beaches & villages are not otherwise easily reached The free car parking places are very limited & the covered parking is chargeable at €57 a week...

"An interesting apartment with good facilities for the price, and overlooking swimming pool - no traffic noise! Would be plenty of room for a family with up to four children. Quiet, clean, on first floor, and nice neighbours. The residence is well run, and the maintenance is good - staff are always willing to help. "The location was brilliant for trips to Saint Tropez and Port Grimaud. However, decoration slightly dated. Bathroom very poor as only small 1/2 bath and no shower head holder. No toiletries and reception only open at certain times. Wifi only available for one device. Pool was closed and no breakfast options available. If it was summer months it would be a lot better. I would probably stay here again and it is still a decent option for a family."
