"Villa Mediterranea is well positioned in Bol - midway between town and main beach. Rooms and beds are comfortable with efficient air-condioning. Staff pleasant and helpful. Pool area is pleasant but small but the local beach is fine and a few mins away. Sunbeds 20 euros per day each. Bol itself is a lovely unspoilt town."

Cons: it is about15-20 min drive to Split, but in the morning it took us over an hour to reach Split. "The Oasis Life went above and beyond for our one week holiday in August. The hotel is very well presented and clean. We had zero complaints about the property. We traveled as a group of 6 (taking 3 rooms) for our friends 30th birthday. The hotel provided a bottle of cava and a birthday cake for our friend which allowed her to have a lovely birthday around the hotel that morning. "We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms have been recently refurbished so are fantastic, and the restaurant is well known on the island as a great place to eat. Only 12 rooms means it’s quiet by the pool and you can always get a lounger, and the breakfast is quality and HUGE - we didn’t need it every day. Thank you!"
