I stay here when visiting family and I usually have a good experience, but I was having coffee in my room the last morning I was there, with the “not now” sign on the door, and someone on staff just opened the door to come in. He apologized when he saw me, but the sign was out, check out isn’t until 11am and this happened at 930am, and he didn’t even knock. As a single woman traveling alone, this was extremely alarming. I usually have a good experience there, I’m sure I’ll return (there aren’t many hotels in Kenosha) but, yeah…not great for women traveling alone.

The management at the hotel was incredibly poor and showed no remorse after I reported seeing a bed bug. The manager displayed a complete lack of concern for my situation. I have photos and videos of the bed bug as evidence, but the experience was still the worst I've ever had. I'm genuinely hurt by their total lack of empathy following such a distressing encounter.

I was assigned an ADA room. I am not disabled. I asked for a different room and would pay extra, but was told because I booked 3rd party, they couldn’t make the accommodation. The bed was shin high. It looked like I was sleeping on an air mattress. The shower curtain was 6 inches too short, so the floor got soaked. The caulk at the base of the shower was full of mold and absolutely disgusting. There was no hot water in the morning to shower. My room was right outside the elevator. The noise from the people waiting for it to arrive kept me up all night.
