Studio was good. Looks modern. The room entrance door had a gap under the door. Switch the heater on and it blowout dust. Overall 4/5 with staff being average.

The personal responsibility you take for the place gives the aire of a man who more than works for a place. You made my stay at your hotel a wonderful experience. Right off of the freeway. Someone spilled a soda in the lobby and they didn't bother cleaning it up properly

Good basic accomodations
Location of hotel is very convenientamd the staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel appears to be undergoing some refresh/updating. The floor in the room needed a good mopping but the rest of the room was fairly clean. Note the hotel does rent rooms for the week so there was some limited cooking aromas wafting through the hallways and the normal family noise you could expect living their lives.

Checked in half hour late because housekeeping was behind and the system was down. “Clean” towels had hair on them. Room appeared to be nice but everything else about the building was pretty dumpy. Also, the staff called me the day before my reservation giving me attitude about my check in time, and THEN realized he had mistaken my reservation date. I can’t see myself staying here again

Was great room. Desk was a bit difficult since i paud and reserved a room for my adult son who came in from NY to visit me. He had just got a NY drivers lisence done the week prior to coming to W I and no picture was on paper( temporary kisence ) he wasnt able ti check in without me there, so he gad to come get me from my job and take me to motel to verify..was a oain and frustrating, but i ge t it..but i was not thrilled

When checking in there was no one at the desk, had to wait several minutes. No coffee. Noisy. The doors to the rooms slammed super hard, and people were going in and out all hours letting them slam. Cleanliness wasn't terrible at least (it's about time hotels stopped using carpet)
