This is by far one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed at. From the parking lot the place looked sketchy. People in the parking lot looked like they were doing some type of drug. Upon walking into the hotel, it looked "okay". The front desk was not very pleasant nor very hospitable. We shook it off, as to possibly having a bad day. Walking toward the elevators, only one of the two worked. Reaching the third floor where are room was located, upon exiting the elevator, the hall had an old wet mildew smell. The carpet looked old and dirty. Walked into our room and the room was very outdated. It looked as if we were in a small motel! The sheet were dirty!! They looked as if they were previously used and the bed were just remade. We requested new sheets. We left for our planned event, thinking when we got back we would have clean sheet etc... We arrived super late after midnight and went up to our room, only to find the supposed new sheets were as well dirty! Finally we laid down and the beds were absolutely terrible!!!! Lumpy and just over all extremely uncomfortable. We were supposed to stay one more day, since we liked the even we attended so much, but we refused to spend one more night in this place. Once we got up and gathered our stuff we found a cockroach in the bathroom!!! That put us over the edge! We couldn't get out fast enough!!! To the point where we took all our belongings outside and checked to make sure we weren't taking any home!

Dowager Hotel Still Has It
The bed was really comfortable, I liked the bath. The coffee I made in my room tasted really good.
This hotel is a bit older, but the convenient “city center” location, free parking, and full service all at a discount price make this hotel a good value. I would stay here again not just traveling alone but with my girlfriend.
The property is run down and old. Things are broken in rooms, small non-workging TVs, and it does not seem clean. Only had one working elevator.

Very satisfied
It is an older hotel, not ornate, but very functional. The desk clerks were Very friendly and helpful. The staff was pleasant and the rooms were clean and large.
We were also close to our festival venue at a reasonable price.
This hotel suited me fine.
Good location. Room conditions were disgusting. It looks like very little money has been spent over the last decade on remodel and upkeep of the rooms. The room smelled like stale smoke and other odd aromas. One of the box springs was broken. After being in the room five minutes, I wanted to take a shower. I was tempted to sleep in my car instead. This isn’t the type of place I would spend more than 35 a night as opposed to the 155 I wasted.
The continental breakfast they had was abismal. And it wasn't very well thought out as to placement, easy flow of guests through any sort of line. You had to set your plate down on top of (and lean over) food in front of you to get to the additional food on the back of the table.
The place was adequate for a business trip, and worked for sleeping. The available breakfast was a bar restaurant that was attached to the lobby, but not open. The wifi did not reach the room and the building was blocking a good mobile signal (Verizon, was strong everywhere but, not in the hotel). There was coffee and a machine, but no condiments, the shower had the pink goo on the head and some of the wall tile. Only basic tv channels and the carpeting was moist. The bed was nice and the sheets seemed clean.
