Home away from home
This was the first time my youngest got to go kayaking, we had so much fun staying in your home. I didn't hear any complaints the entire stay. All the kids enjoyed the dock,and watching the sunrise and set over the water. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We look forward to staying again here sometime in the summer.

Very clean, well stocked, and comfortable unit. My family and I enjoyed kayaking and fishing off the dock. Close to UWF, the bay, and Pensacola beaches. Definitely will stay again!

Great Property! Everything was as advertised!
We were in town for my daughter’s volleyball league, and throughly enjoyed our weekend. Although it was winter, I still caught a fish and we saw a Doe and a Buck feeding on the way into the property.

Krystal’s write up of the house was spot on. The house was very well thought out. The house felt like a home not a rental. Children’s play area, family decor, helpful guide book. Easy access to the beaches or exploring the local area. Everyone in the area is super friendly and helpful. Any questions we had Krystal got back to us very quickly. Our family loved our vacation and would book again without hesitation.

Quiet and spacious
I stayed here with my daughter, her husband, and my four grandchildren. It was enough room for all of us to be comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the laundry facilities were much appreciated! We would definitely stay again!

Quiet and peaceful stay
We only stayed here for 2 nights, but it was very quiet and peaceful during our stay. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The owner was very nice and easy to communicate with as well as very helpful. We overall enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to the area!

The amount of house, amenities, and convenience we got staying here was matched by the value and kindness from the owner. The house is comfortable and in a great location. We didn’t have time for the outside activities offered at the home, but we did enjoy the deck and scenery. We will definitely stay here again if it’s available.

House was amazing few was pretty expected for the fact that it still water at a dead end. There was a wasp nest right by the door tired to call the property manager and nobody answered either number.

Good stay on waterway
I had a nice week-long stay in this cute house on the waterway. The furniture was comfortable, the AC and hot water adequate, and the homeowner provided beach towels and kayaks for use on the waterway. I had a great time.

Nice, quiet and affordable
Overall, the place was pretty good, there was a little bit of a mess left from the previous person that stayed there and a miscommunication with the cleaning staff but the manager took care of it ASAP. There are some updates to the property that are on the way (per the manager), so it should be even better next time we book it. I would go back again for sure.

Awesome on the Water!
From the first step into the living room it was a WOW! A great place to gather even in the rain under the porch cover on the deck. Enjoyed all the amenities except the kayaks, just not brave enough! We fished on the dock, watched netflix, gathered with our family of all ages, enjoyed the neighborhood walking our dogs and generally had an amazing time. Thank you Krystal and Jake!

Quiet get away
Overall everything was good. The unit was a duplex and we weren't expecting that. There was a storm and Krystal was quick to check on us. There was a water leak in the master bath and within an hour of me letting her know there was a plumber there taking care of the issue. Sitting on the back porch under the cover listening to the rain was peaceful!
