Welcome to Lakewood Retreat! Located on Locklin Lake in Milton, this beautiful, waterfront tri-level home has it all - an updated interior with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, sprawling outdoor space, and enough room for the furry members of your family!

The outdoor space is sprawling with plenty of parking for everyone, as well as a designated fenced-in dog area. Spend your days under the sunshine, sitting on the sprawling deck, casting your line into the lake, showing off your barbecuing skills on the grill, and watching your pups run in the yard. While exploring Milton, be sure to check out Milton’s Riverwalk, Adventures Unlimited Outdoor Center, Carpenter's Park, the area's many golfing resorts, the West Florida Railroad Museum, and a plethora of delicious dining options. Not to mention Lakewood Retreat is less than 20 minutes from I-10, making it easy to explore the beaches and shopping of Pensacola, Navarre, and Destin as well.

Inside, you'll instantly be greeted by a cheerful color palette, nautical-themed decor, and plush furnishings. Settle down and enjoy catching up on your favorite shows on the living room's smart TV, and utilize the convenient work desk when remote projects need to be tackled. The farmhouse-style kitchen and wine hutch present all of the necessities for entertaining!

Rest assured that no one will have an issue getting comfortable amongst the four bedroom's soft linens and tasteful decorations. A great additional perk, the fourth bedroom/gaming room features three gaming chairs, a futon, USB connections, cup holders, and three separate TVs. Extra interior amenities include dog supplies (optional doggie door, dog bed with washable cover, and dog bowls). This home also includes a separate laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
A Pack-N-Play is not included but is highly recommended if you're bringing babies or toddlers.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
