"We were heading to Kneobels for the weekend with the kids and dogs but wanted a place the adults could cheer for as well. The cabin was our happy place. It is a quirky build, the area surrounding the property was gorgeous, it was a beautiful ride to get there... we have no complaints. The bedroom are small but we slept well, the beds were comfy, and the closed in porch was a great place for game nights and all meals. Neil stopped by as we were leaving and he was so nice! We went in late fall...

"House was great, clean, beautiful location and very thoughtful. you can hear the sound of moving water when outside on the amazon deck. The communication was great. No dishwasher but on vacation and not cooking much. Loved our stay there wish we could have stayed longer "

"This place was perfect for our family. So quiet and relaxing and it was exactly as it was described in the ad. The house is so inviting and feels like home. My husband was able to fish everyday on Penns Creek during our stay. We wanted to sit out around the fire pit but it rained everyday. Annie the owner is a very sweet lady and had everything ready for us when we arrived. She even left lights on for us. We hope to stay here again in the future."

"This is a remodeled small home up against a mountain near the river. Serene view of water from porch. Right next to a 2 lane road. Can get some busy moments of automobiles. The owners do make efforts to provide a comfortable stay with linens, hair dryers, soaps, signage, tv. All noted in listing. Very easy to communicate with them. "

The immense logs and wide plank floors, hand-made cabinets and doors, speak of an era long gone, but a joy to visit. It is not for those looking for the Ritz, but it is a masterpiece in its own way."
