"What a lovely cottage! It had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Beautiful, quiet setting near Stirling. We explored the jail and the castle. Took the train to Edinburgh (not a lot of parking at the station). Drove to the ferry to Isle of Arran (take your car if you can). This cottage is in a great location for touring the Edinburgh/Glasgow area."

It was a shame the dishwasher program didnt work, the fire alarm fell from the ceiling and the tv was too old to take any form of digital equipment, nor did the dvd function work. "We had a wonderful, relaxing time at this beautiful house which is in a picturesque, peaceful setting and was perfect for our family gathering. We found the bedrooms really comfortable and we enjoyed spending time together in the main open plan space, and sitting out in the gardens too. The location was great for walking and exploring, with amenities close by it wasn’t at all far from beautiful Loch Lomond. We hope to stay again."

"The house was gorgeous and very comfortable. We did have to download an app to get a precise location which was unexpected, but easy enough to use. The beds were very comfortable and the location beautiful. If you are looking for a rural retreat in order to explore the beautiful scenery, it's a wonderful choice!
