"It was easy to relax within the Pit and George environment. Mark and Sandra provide excellent service and hospitality. The meal they created for our first night was both delicious and healthy. We had enough food to stretch over 2 meals. Much of the produce is either sourced from the garden or locally. "This was a very good find indeed. It's centrally located to walk to all the good pubs and food in Orange. It's very quiet but most appealing of all is it is nicely designed and presented - it feels far more like a luxury small hotel that anything else. Nice artworks and decor, quiet rooms with every mod-con that you could need. A very good continental brekky delivered to your room in a well presented bag with everything you might need including French press coffee grounds and fresh juice, jams etc.,The rooms are very well appointed and very comfortable for a two person stay - we were in a King room and it was just perfect. This is a lot better than most other places around and I've stayed in Orange perhaps 20x. Enjoyed the short stay immensely - an easy walk to what you need in the town itself and parking / access is a breeze. Will be back. "
