Tan lines will fade, but memories will last forever in this relaxing home. Located steps from the waterfront in Pot-Nets Bayside, this beautiful home features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and an open living area that combines the kitchen, dining room and living room. Take a short stroll along the marina boardwalk to get to the ever popular Paradise Grill, private beach, fishing and crabbing piers. Pools, tennis, baseball field and playgrounds are on-site. Boat slips are available for rent at $40 a day, $200 a week. A golf car is included with this property at no additional cost, as are linens and towels. Great location for kayaking and stand-up paddleboards! Enjoy a round of golf at Baywood Greens Golf Course - "Augusta of the North" (10 minutes), shopping at Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minutes), and the quaint downtown areas of Rehoboth Beach and Lewes (30 minutes).

PET POLICY: This unit is pet friendly (dogs only). There is a 2 dog maximum. Animal owner must pay an additional $40 per pet per night/$200 per week cleaning fee. If you plan on bringing a pet with you, please note it on the reservation or call our reservationist.

We have a 7-night minimum stay during our summer season. Check IN is at 4pm on Sundays, and Check OUT is at 10am on Sundays. We have 2-night minimum stays at all other times of the year.

Boat slips are within walking distance of each home, and are available on a first-come first-served basis. At the time you make your vacation home reservation, call us to make your marina reservation, as well. Our boat slips are 24 feet long, 14 feet wide, and can berth a 32 foot long boat. Average water depth is 4 feet at low tide.

Home was clean and fairly well stocked kitchen for a rental. Great location within the property. Close to the beach and restaurant on property. Golf car provided was a nice option to drive to the pool or beach. Great place to stay with a family.

A Fantastic Family Reunion

House was well maintained, clean & close to the beach/entertainment. Each morning took long walks around cmty w/🐩 ( she loved dog park) We encountered a small incident but the MGR took care of pronto ( TY!!) We highly recommended Pot-Nets ( no matter which you stay) to our Friends/Family back home. Hubbers & I are looking forward to returning. Next time will hit Beaches/Hiking trails 🏖🏕

Great place, great location, horrible booking process.
My family and I booked this place for a long weekend. The house was very clean and comfortable. The area was very nice as well with water views, boat docks, fishing piers and playgrounds for the kids. The golf car was a hit as well and fun for the whole family. Some down sides were the booking process and the fact that the Paradise grill was not open in the off season. The booking process was very cumbersome and had to be completed outside the recommended VRBO process by mailing a check or money order to the rental agency. I'm used to the one stop shop that VRBO provides and full payment via credit card. I would suggest that this rental agency use the VRBO process and not a 2 step process that requires mailing a check. Also, in the off-season the Paradise grill is not open. This property is in walking distance to the grill. I'm sure this is a hit in the summer time.

The house was spotless with a well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and furniture, and a lovely porch to sit and read, or enjoy the view. The beach was steps away. Location is near everything you need, stores and restaurants and a short Drive to the beach at Cape Henlopen or Rehoboth. Check in was a breeze, and Debbie responded to texr massages in a short time. Don't hesitate, rent this property for a relaxing vacation

The toilet in the master bathroom was very unsteady and wobbly. The kitchen needs new pans. They were awful. When we arrived we tried to grill burgers and dogs, but our grill didn't work. A maintenance man happen to be passing pulled another grill from 2 rentals down. We pulled out the sofa bed at night time and pretzels and crud fell to the floor. Housekeeping obviously doesn't clean the sofa. For as much as a renter pays, close to $600 nightly, the place shouldn't have this many small issues.

The house was clean when we arrived and the clean linens were convenient. We came with another family and our children had a blast riding the golf cart and their bikes around the neighborhood. The house is conveniently located near Paradise Grill where we found ourselves almost everyday. I would definitely recommend staying here. The only downfall is we wished there was a cafe that we could ride the golf cart to and outdoor showers :)

We did have a suggestion: since the beds were high...we had to purchase stools to climb Into bed. Also, it would be nice to have a chair in each bedroom. One bathtub was very slippery and as soon as water was turned on I slipped and fell. No damage just slid right down. Tub was clean but needed to be rinsed before using. We had a wonderful time. Would like to rent again, maybe summer. We are recommending to e eryone. Thank you!
