"Katahdin Inn is undergoing refurbishment, but this did not affect our stay in our room, which was comfortable. The lobby had an interesting layout. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only difficulty was getting to the parking area. There is a great need for resurfacing the drive. It had some ruts that needed filling in. Nice indoor pool."

"This is an old-fashioned motel. It's pretty dated and lacks modern amenities. However, it was clean, convenient, the bed was comfortable and Chris, the owner, was extremely responsive. If you find yourself in Millinocket, I would definitely recommend it."

"Well this was a surprise. We arrived later in the evening and the cabins were kind enough to call and let us know how to access the cabins. When we got there it was very dire, however. it is possible most of the tenants are AT hikers and don't care about accommodations, but that isn't us. It was the first time i 5 years my husband wanted to leave right away and find another place to leave. The bath sink was held up by a radiator due to someone having pulled it off the wall.
