"I needed last minute accommodations, and wanted something different than just another motel. This place was PERFECT. Absolutely cozy and comfortable cabin, a lovely outdoor space to relax or stargaze, and a very friendly host who has clearly put care and effort into this space. I wasn’t sure what to expect from a “glamping” type stay, and it was well above my expectations. My only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer!"

"Our family stayed during the 2024 Eclipse, and we enjoyed an amazing experience in a beautiful location! Pros: excellent location right on the lake, well-stocked kitchen with relatively sharp knives (unusual for a rental!), great communication with the local agent, easy check-in and check-out. It was actually a bigger space than it looked like in the photos online. Cons: The plumbing is a little funky - the sink and downstairs toilet gurgles when you flush the upstairs toilet. "My family and friends enjoyed a long weekend snowmobiling and ice fishing at this house. The lake has easy access to the snowmobile trails and the fishing was fun. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit and the amenities provided. The bald eagle’s nest next to the house was a bonus.The house is exactly as advertised and very well stocked with everything we could have needed. We will definitely stay there again in the future."
