"The carriage house was a very short drive to downtown in a quiet residential area. It was very private and very clean. Great spot for couples! If you're coming to Nashville to party, I'd recommend looking somewhere else as its located amongst a neighborhood of quiet house. "

"My husband and I just needed a little place to stay for one night in Nashville and it was the perfect little spot for us. It's a very short walk to a pretty nice Park area and a short drive to anything else or anywhere else you would want to go."

"This was our 1st time using any kind of STR property and we were so pleased. The property was better than the photos! Everything was very clean and looked brand new. Lots of little extras like toiletries and basics in the fridge. The softest towels I have ever used! The host Rob was very helpful with area restaurants and things to do. The 22 south area is safe, walkable and filled with cute shops and places to eat .Wi-Fi was also excellent. We will be sure to return to this property to visit our...

"My best friend & I stayed (2) nights leading into New Year’s Eve. It was the PERFECT location. So glad we chose here instead of a hotel. Downtown is only a short drive away. The experience, scenery & environment were amazing. It truly gave the feel of being in the country & was so peaceful & quiet and such a great experience. "I was in town for my nieces’s graduation and visiting friends while in town. The location central and convenient to restaurants, stores and gas stations! The house is very nice and has everything you need!"

"Great place and location! Easy access to Vanderbilt, and close to grocery store. The place was clean, had a parking space. Check in easy and Alece was really responsive to needs and questions. Loved it!"

"The neighborhood was great and the hosts were easy. The room was clean and nice - a little loud at times when people in the next room were doing laundry I guess? But overall - good. I had thought we would be able to see the lake, a little disappointed in that, but overall a good experience."

"This VRBO is beautifully designed and decorated. The space is functional (though we didn't eat there, and there is no table with chairs.) Parking is not in the immediate vicinity, but streets nearby are available. We would definitely look for this rental another time."

"The hotel is very beautiful and clean. Adequate space for our family. I didn't realize that there was no kitchen while booking. It was my mistake. The door was not locking from inside. I informed the manager. Hopefully, it has been taken care of. Otherwise, there was no problem at all."

"We had a great stay with family for Christmas. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook several meals and cookies. We had plenty of space in the living room to open presents and spend quality time. The festive decorations made it feel like home. It was a great pet friendly place to stay with a great location. We had to buy paper towels, toilet paper, and trashbags pretty quickly into our stay, but that is to be expected."
