"I really enjoyed my stay at the property. The rental was very cute, comfortable, had the amenities I needed, and I had no major issues during my stay. I enjoyed getting to come back to hang out after work. While I didn’t go out, there are many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Only downsides were the odor in the hallway downstairs and the blinds not being long enough to cover the windows. Would definitely book again."

"Our stay was fine for what we needed. Just a few things that in my opinion would enhance the property without a big cost. Take out the carpet. It was very hot and the carpet did not help. Honestly need some air conditioning. There’s was only one glass in the place. No wine glasses. Offer a few more choices in glassware. Other than those minor changes, it was downtown exactly where we wanted to be within walking distance to the bar scene. Thank you for the hospitality."

Dishes from previous guest were still in dishwasher. Spiderwebs on ceiling fan and living room light fixture. "

The same goes with the check out process. I received them via vrb email after I had already left. These are two key factors and should be communicated...
