Lovely Weekend Getaway
This was our second time staying at this adorable cottage. This visit we wandered into West Jefferson and absolutely loved that town. The primary bed is super comfortable and this time we got to enjoy a fire in the wood burning stove. Can't wait to visit again.

Cutest little place EVER
This place is absolutely adorable inside and out! We loved our stay here. Relatively simple accomodations with some very nice upgrades, like a super comfy bed and the gorgeous stone shower. I highly recommend for anyone looking for peaceful place to stay in the area.

Great spot!
This cabin was cute, cozy, and clean. The location was centrally located between Wilkesboro, West Jefferson, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Cabin was stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. Our family really enjoyed staying here.

Cutest little place ever!!
This property is lovely! I loved sitting on the deck watching the geese in the small pond. There's fishing close by and don't forget to light up the stove! Super warm. Already have my next stay booked!!

Ski Trip
Stayed here for a ski trip and it was amazing! Took a while to find the place but that was user error. It’s very quaint with great scenery. The place is very nice and I would 100% recommend it!

Very convenient cabin for Fussel Estate wedding
Hey Steve three nights for my cousin's wedding at the cabin with my dog, 5-year-old son, partner, mother, and cousin. There was plenty of space for us, and it's extremely convenient to get down to Fussell estates.

Easter Weekend Get Away
The cabin is exactly our style and we love the peace and tranquility of the location. Hopefully if we go again it won't rain so that we can fish and four wheel. It was easy to find and plenty of access to stores and eating places but still fairly remote. Thank you for the old fashion cabin it was great.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very neatly done and had everything we needed, lots of dishes to prepare food and a keurig. We enjoyed the back deck and grill probably the most. Our dog enjoyed the property, exploring around the pond! Would definitely come back and recommend. Thanks so much!

Fabulous visit
I enjoyed my relaxing stay in the cabin. I enjoyed a leisurely morning with breakfast prepared in the full kitchen— no need to rush out to a restaurant. Our dog appreciated running and exploring and sniffing anything that stayed still. The property owner was very responsive when we had a small problem. I highly recommend a visit.

Owner put a lot of work into property. It was quiet, owner was responsive and it was close enough to where we were going. If you get the chance visit Daniel Boone Inn Restaurant in Boone. You won't be disappointed.

Restful trip
Restful stay. Loved the cabin. Beautiful yard. The only problem was the refrigerator was quite dirty, leftover food in the microwave, and the bath towels and washcloths had a sour smell. May I suggest white towels so you can bleach them. Will bring my own towels in the future.
