Three families came together, and the house made it easy for us to enjoy every moment — from cooking all our meals together in the spacious kitchen to relaxing without ever needing the TV (yes, really!). Even with some stormy weather, there was so much to do that boredom was never an option.This place was exactly the kind of serenity we all needed. It's truly a haven — full of laughter, joy, and sweet moments. We explored acres of beautiful land, fed and pet farm animals bursting with personality, and created the kind of memories that leave your heart feeling full (and the adults with a few more happy laugh lines!).We had six adults and five kids (ages 7 to 15), and not once did anyone say they were bored — a miracle in itself! Shane and Hilary, along with their two lovely kids, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From helping with the animals to setting up the campfire, their warmth and thoughtfulness made a lasting impression.The kitchen was a dream — perfect for multiple people to cook at once without getting in each other's way, which made preparing Easter dinner together a true joy.We wholeheartedly recommend this VRBO to anyone wanting to unplug from the city and reconnect with nature and each other.
