"Overall a lovely property, clean and well equipped, refurbished kitchens and bathrooms are lovely and the ceiling fans in both bedrooms are really welcome and help with a cool nights sleep. This property is only let down slightly by the outside areas which really need some TLC, but we appreciate that things do take time. The views are stunning and we would definitely stay again. "

"We had a lovely week at Casa Kathleen. The view is fabulous, as is the outside terrace and pool. The villa' s living area is large, comfortable and airy. Everything worked and was well maintained. The villa is located close to beaches, shopping and Denia but you will need a car! We'll definitely return."

"The villa is beautiful- exactly like the pictures! Spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious. A group of 13 of us visited for my cousin’s hen weekend and it was just perfect! Kevin was so accommodating throughout our full trip, allowing us early check in/late check out to work around our flight times. Transfers to and from the airport were also arranged. Communication was great throughout the weekend - Kevin responded to all queries very quickly, and booked us multiple taxis throughout our stay....

"Had a lovely 5 days away at Barry’s beautiful villa.Barry went above and beyond from communication to a lovely welcome pack.He arranged for his friend Peter to collect and take us back to the airport for a reasonable charge.Peter was lovely.Candy also helped us while we were away with taxis as it is a bit remote as in the mountains and we didn’t rent a car.And was happy to call around to find us a taxi and book activities if we wanted.Overall a wonderful holiday.Thankyou to you all.John and Sue"

"This was our third stay at t this lovely apartment. Francesco is a wonderful and helpful host who really cares that his guests are happy. The apartment is very comfortable and we especially love sitting in the outdoor kitchen . Lovely pool and all very private and secure. It is in a lovely neighbourhood, very quiet, with just a short taxi ride into Benidorm. Francesco and his daughter are very happy to take you to the shop and wait until you are finished, as well as providing airport transfers....

"Beim betreten des Grundstücks wurde schon klar, hier wird gespart wo es geht - Draht statt schloss - Terrasse nicht geputzt, dreckig mit Tierkot und Pflanzeresten. Drin ALLES dreckig, Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck, Töpfe alles mit klebrigen Essensresten, Lampen seit mindestens einem Jahr nicht geputzt mit diversen Insekten und Libellen drin, Bäder dreckig wie Bahnhof, schlicht nicht geputzt, benutztes Tampon in der Dusche war die Krönung, Pool gekippt und dreckig (das war der Grund für die Buchung...
